Znowu z poslizgiem ....

No tak. Znowu z poslizgiem. W dodatku mam tyle do zrobienia na zajęcia że nie wiem za co się wziąść. Az sie popłakałam, bo jak pisałam ostatnio tutaj wszystko jest odwrotne!!!!! Jak znam się na ksiegowosci, to przy angielskiej wymiękam. Poprostu wymiekam! No dziś się popłakałam bo stwierdziłam że chyba nie dam rady. Jestem twarda, chciałabym być. Ale jest tyle rzeczy których jeszcze nie wiem. W dodatku angielski, no niby umiem bo po cos studiowałam ten język ale to nie to samo, praktyka a teoria. Czysta i sucha teoria. W dodatku z taką luką czasową, 6 letnia! Wszystko sie zmienia. Poniżej część z moich zajęć. W dodatku moje zadanie domowe A Lynch. Które nie wiem czy uda mi się zrobić jak nalezy.





A tutaj pytania na zaliczenie z komputerów! Które kazdy powinien znać. W sumie to kazdy pewnie zna tylko nie wiem po co one skoro pracujemy na programie księgowym SAGE. Pytania powinny być na temat tego programu lub chociaż jakieś zadanie do zrobienia!

1.There are a number of simple visual safety checks that should be performed when starting up a computer system. Identify these visual safety checks and briefly describe them.

2.Briefly describe the correct procedures for powering up and shutting down a computer and the importance of carrying them out.

3.You often need a password to “logon” onto a computer and gain access to its data.

Identify the different types of password, i.e system, software etc
The purpose of these types of passwords.

4.Using software involves a number of different processes.

Briefly explain why it is important to save documents,
Describe the procedures for saving files,
List the different methods of transferring data electronically,
Describe the procedures for transferring data
Describe at least one procedure for printing documents.

5.You often need to backup computer generated data.
Briefly explain the importance of backing up data
Describe the steps to show how to take backup copies on various storage media.

6.A computer system that goes wrong can be very frustrating.

Identify some of the faults that can arise with hardware and software, for example files that have been damaged or deleted and problems that may arise with printers and printing.
Explain how you would resolve each of the problems you have identified
The steps you would take if you were unable to rectify a problem yourself.

7.Data on a computer needs to be protected against a variety of potential security risks. The British Computer Society defines this as ‘the establishment and application of safeguards to protect data, software and computer hardware from accidental or malicious modification, destruction or disclosure’

Briefly explain some of the basic security risks to data, software and computer systems,What steps/ procedures can be taken to protect a computer system against these threats.

8.Any organization using computer systems must comply with a number of legal requirements. Research and briefly explain the following legal regulations in relation to using a computer and the storage of documents.

a. Data protection legislation
b. Copyright legislation
c. VDU legislation
d. Health & Safety regulations
e. Retention of documents.

9.Identify and explain where hardware, software and backup copies are
located within your chosen organization.

10.Identify and explain how information is stored and located on the computer system within your chosen organization.

11.Describe the procedures for changing passwords and making backup copies of data within your chosen organization.

12.Describe the ‘house style’ of your chosen organization and the presentation of documents.

13.Identify and explain the security policies relation to the protection of the computer system and data of your chosen organization.
